RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

  1. NO SMOKING POLICY
    Smoking is not permitted on Villa Nautica premises.

  2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property.  Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

  3. The unit is privately owned; the owners/agent are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners/Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

  4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

  5. Only use appliances for their intended uses

  6. Pets are NOT permitted

  7. HOUSEKEEPING
    Daily maid service is not provided.

  8. WATER AND SEWAGE
    The unit is connected biodigestor systems.  DO NOT FLUSH regular toilet paper or feminine products at any time.  Only biodegradable toilet paper (provided) can be flushed.  If it is found that products have been flushed, you could be charged damages of up to $400.00USD.

  9. ACCEPTABLE NOISE LEVEL

    The Agents, defined as the owners, their invited guests and tenants agree not to cause or allow any noise or activity on the premises which might disturb the peace and quiet of another Resident and/or neighbour; this restriction includes noise from electronic devices such as radios or music players.  The Tenant is responsible for adhering to Villa Nautica's quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM, 7 days a week.

  10. USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA

    The swimming pool and pool area is for the exclusive use of the Tenants of Villa Nautica.

    There is limit of a maximum of 6 guests/visitors in the pool and pool area at any given time. The pool may be used from 8AM until 10PM, 7 days a week.  Children are not permitted in pool or pool area at any time without adult supervision.  There is no life guard and all Tenants use the pool and common area at own risk.

  11. Towels and/or linens are not to be taken outside the unit's vicinity.  Bath towels and Pool towels are available, however; beach towels are not provided.

  12. Upon checkout, all used linens are to be brought to the guest bathroom, dishes cleaned and put away and garbage disposed of in the designated bins on the site.
