PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

 

 

1. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
   Reservation deposit is 25% of the rental value which will be due immediately and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

2. SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSIT
   US$250.00 security and cleaning deposit covers

   1. ​damage to property or property content; or

   2. if excessive cleaning is required ; or

   3. any other costs or expenses incurred by the owner over and above normal due to the client’s stay in the condo.

   4. The security and cleaning deposit will be returned within 10 days of the inspection.

   5. The deposit can be paid via Paypal prior to your arrival.

   6. If you see any damage or issues upon your arrival you must advise us immediately or you may be charged for the damage.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY 
   If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
   75% if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
   25% if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
   No refund if cancelled within 30 days of Check-in Date

   All payments are processed via Paypal.
